Article 1 - Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all product sales made by MUGWI via the mugwi.fr website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 - Orders
Orders are placed via the mugwi.fr website. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and conditions of sale. MUGWI reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
Article 3 - Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. MUGWI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 - Delivery
Products are delivered to mainland France within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is free for any order over 49 euros. Delivery times are given as an indication only.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties.
